How to calculate the freight rate?


The freight is calculated by the parcel weight, it can be volume weight or actual weight, depends on which one is higher. Volume weight’s calculation as follow:

Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000




How to track my order?


You can keep track of you order by OLS system. Log in from our website through the button “Log in” on the upper right corner and you can see your parcel status.




Can I change my order in critical situation?


Sure. You may contact our customer service team and we can provide appropriate arrangement for your order, for example the upgrade the courier service, change of delivery addresses, or deferred delivery.




Can you support FBA Rollover service?


Sure. We are experienced and familiar in FBA rollover service, and provide efficient rollover services to Amazon warehouse in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Frances, Germany and other European countries.

Which delivery company Continental is using?


We are having good relationship with four largest logistics company in the world, including FedEx, DHL, UPS and DPD. Besides, we cooperate with local courier for our last mile service. You may know more from the list of “Logistics Partner” on our website or contact our sales to get more information.




When will my parcel arrives the destination?


The delivery time is depends on the level of service you have chosen and the time your parcel arrives our Hong Kong warehouse. If your parcel arrived our warehouse before 12nn, it will takes 2-5 days for delivery.




Will Continental overseas warehouses support local return service?


Sure. We have a complete process in returning services. Just ask your buyer to write down your client code on the return parcel and send it to the return address which already stated on the parcel package. Our customer service team then will contact you for the handling process as soon as possible.




Do I need to worry about customs clearance?


We provide one-stop eCommerce logistics solutions to customer including customs clearance and make you free of worry and stress.




Can I ship Dangerous Goods?
